In praying about what the Lord would have me write, my mind keeps coming back to His faithfulness. We visited House of Joy in 2004 and were amazed at all that had been accomplished in a few short years. We began sponsoring Maleerut after that visit and were fortunate to lead a team to Thailand in 2009 to meet our sweet daughter. We were blown away by all that had been built and accomplished between our visits. Surely God is faithful to those who honor Him and His Word. We love you all and pray for God’s continued blessings upon the ministry.

Aje and Nancy reflect the light of Jesus so magnificently that they have been a true guiding light in the transformation of our lives. We are so thankful to God for their entire (extended) family being part of our lives and the contribution they have on the entire body of Christ.

You came into the darkness and made it light! ”I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy, because your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now….” (Phil1:3-5). Yes, I am proud of you, as I see Jesus in the face of each one of the children and students at the House of Joy.
Thank you all,
Visits to Chiang Rai for the Singaporeans started off for us to see beyond ourselves, beyond our local church & community, and beyond Singapore. That and a lot more the Lord has blessed us with since our first visit in 2001.
We ask ourselves, “Why do we keep going back to Chiang Rai year after year?” It’s the people at AOF – the staff, the children and the Bible students whom we’ve come to know and have had meaningful fellowship with. It’s all about relationships. The oneness and unity in our Lord Jesus Christ has transcended language and cultural differences.
We have received, learnt and been blessed far more than we have had the privilege of contributing to God’s work in Chiang Rai, and we look forward to seeing how God is going to work mightily into the long-term future through the children and Bible students for whom the staff at the AOF have tirelessly given of themselves to invest in these young lives. To God be the glory!
